Bt vision tv guide not updating
The You View App gives you greater control of You View while out and about.
From the palm of your hand you can scroll through the interactive TV guide that lists over 70 digital TV and radio channels and gives full programme information for the last and next seven days.
To ensure you have the full line-up of Freeview channels, now and again you need to retune your Freeview receiver.
Retuning, also known as rescanning, should ensure you have the correct Freeview channels. Sometimes, Freeview juggles some of the channel numbers around too.
At the time of this update it covers more than 90% of UK premises.
If rescanning doesn't work, try resetting your Freeview box or TV - there may be a 'Reset' option in the on-screen menu - failing that, try unplugging the box from the mains power for 30 seconds, then plugging in again.Ready to watch when you get home from your busy day • BOOKINGS LIST: Check the status of your remote record requests• REMINDERS: Set yourself a programme reminder so you never miss your favourite show again• CONNECT MULTIPLE DEVICES: Connect up to 5 devices to your You View box so all the family can record on the go.*Selected programmes from the previous and next 7 days will be available to watch on demand Requirements: Mobile Devices: Compatible with Apple devices running i OS8 or later. You View: The You View App can be connected to You View boxes which are available subscription free from all major retailers or as part of a phone and broadband package from BT and Talk Talk.Another tip we've heard, is to unplug the aerial, and then try a re-scan for channels. As there's no signal, this will clear your list of channels.
